Game outline:

Working in teams, students take on different roles (textile worker, environmental investigator, conscious consumer, fair entrepreneur) and complete five challenges spread across the museum’s different rooms. They will observe exhibits, analyze displays, videos, and T-shirts, and solve puzzles.

The activity concludes with a group discussion and the awarding of an “Ambassador – Rethink Your Clothes” badge.

The Textile Museum of Larochette offers an immersive educational experience for students aged 10 to 18. Through the game “The Mystery of the Red Thread”, students explore both the historical and present-day challenges of the textile industry, touching on consumption, global production conditions, and fair trade.
